Ricardo Fraticelli-Rosado, MD, is board-certified in general surgery and has an interest in acute care surgery and thoracic surgery. He also has a particular interest in serving underserved and underrepresented communities as well as building relationships with patients and families.
Ricardo was born, raised and trained in Puerto Rico, and is a native Spanish speaker. After completing undergraduate studies in chemistry, he obtained his medical degree from Ponce Health Sciences University followed by general surgery residency in Saint Luke's Medical Center. He subsequently completed a thoracic and foregut fellowship at Swedish Medical Center-First Hill. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising and weightlifting, playing video games and sudoku, local hiking and Formula 1 racing.
